Buying property on the Costa Blanca North Spain

  
 
Hello, my name is Jon Whittick.  My wife Jenny and I have had a property on Costa Blanca North since 2003. We bought a plot of land on the exclusive mountain development of Monte Pego.  We had the plans for our dream villla drawn up by Monte Pego's own architects, who took our every detail  and design ideas into consideratoin.  Now we are the proud owners of one of  Monte Pego's homes. On this urbanisation around 70% of owners are permanant resident which makes for a very friendly community.  We hope we can help you to find your dream property and make the experience as easy and trouble free as possible.

  

Thankfully our experience of buying in Spain went very well but we do know that it does not always go so smoothly (you can read the purchase experience of Stuart & Linda further along on this website). We bought the land, commissioned the plans, and then waited for the villa to be built.  There were only a few snagging problems at the end of the build which were quickly sorted out.  Luckily I already had  building experience in  jointly managing a Self Build Syndicate constructing 34 homes in Kent.  Our finished villa turned out to be all we had hoped for and more.

  

We pride ourselves on giving our customers a very special and personal service. Where else could you have someone, working for you, go and view properties that are of interest to you and provide a warts and all description whilst you are sat in the comfort of your home. We describe not just the plus and minus points of the property but also the views, the area, proximity to facilities, beaches, towns and the airport. Naturally we are only able to provide such a specialised service in a limited area which is for property in the Costa Blanca north including Denia, Javea, Benissa, Calpe, Jalon and the Jalon Valley, La Nucia, Moraira and all surrounding areas.

There are many real estate agents, thousands in fact, on the Costa Blanca and the surrounding areas. Trying to establish who you should deal with and the type of property you want to buy can be really stressful, expensive and very time consuming.
